What are social and recreational activities?

Social and recreational activities provide opportunities for participants to enjoy meaningful experiences that promote social inclusion, skill development, and emotional wellbeing. These activities can be individual or group-based, tailored to each individual’s goals, comfort, and interests.

Whether it’s joining a local class, exploring new interests, or connecting with others and building friendships, our goal is to make every activity a chance to learn, grow, and have fun.
