What is assistance with self-care?

Assistance with self-care provides participants with support or supervision to complete personal daily tasks. These supports help individuals develop the skills needed to live as independently and safely as possible in their own environment.

Self-care support with Allable

We support participants to develop daily living skills through consistent practice and guided independence.

We focus on supporting participants to complete tasks that align with their abilities and goals, encouraging growth at a comfortable pace.

We recognise that skill development happens through repetition and routine — turning everyday activities into opportunities for progress and independence.
