What is community access?

Community access and participation support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and skill-building activities. This service enhances personal growth and wellbeing, allowing participants to explore their community, develop new skills, and build meaningful connections.

Our community access supports help participants build independence and confidence while engaging in everyday community life. From visiting local places and using public transport to practising real-world skills, we provide flexible support that encourages active participation at each individual’s own pace.
